On January 21st I had the opportunity to visit Wolfhaven International in Tenino, WA. [GP:wolfhaven]
Wolfhaven’s Mission is to promote wolf conservation by:
protecting wild wolves
providing sanctuary for captive-born wolves (raising a wolf yourself is a VERY BAD idea)
promoting wolf restoration in historic ranges (now focusing on the Red Wolf and Mexican wolf)
